Terms of Service

Security Deposit & Refund Policy

A minimum 50% deposit is due upon booking finalization. You are welcome to pay the full amount upon booking, but a minimum of 50% is due to hold your event; this deposit is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds. If your event needs to be rescheduled, cancelled, or changed in anyway, we are happy to work with you to reschedule or offer credit, but we do not offer refunds at this time, regardless of payment method. Credits can be issued for any events cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event date. Cancelation Credits must be used within 60 days of cancellation. Unpaid travel fees and gratuity are not included in credits. 


Inclement Weather & Cancelations
 
If weather cancels your outdoor event, we will hold your deposit or completed payment and work with you to reschedule or offer Cancellation Credit which must be used within 60 days of cancellation. If you need to cancel your event for any reason, we cannot guarantee availability. If an event needs to end early or the client is late to an event, we will not offer a refund for missed time. Please contact us if you will be running late or if there any issues day of your scheduled event.  

Arrivals & Departures

Event times are final. If you wish to add time or remove time from your scheduled event, you may do so up to 48 hours beforehand and submit payment at that time, but please note your deposit is non-refundable. We are happy to make adjustments and know that sometimes emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances come up when planning your party or event. 



Virtual Events

We do offer Zoom recordings of all virtual calls and parties included in the cost of the event. We do ask that you sign our photo release form so that we may use Zoom footage for marketing and recording purposes. If you do not wish to to have yours or your child(s) likeness used for marketing, you can skip the consent of photo release and only consent to video recording; this recording will then only be shared with you and not used for any promotional materials.


Substance Use & Pets

Our company prides itself on using the highest quality costuming, wigs, and accessories. We ask that indoor or outdoor event attendees abstain from using any kind of smoking, vaping, or drinking of any beverages other than water close to the characters so as to not stain or odor the costuming. Pets are welcome but please be sure to notify us in advance when booking and distance them from the performers during entrances and performances. 


Liability Release

As a registered LLC, it is confirmed that the client release any liability and waive right to sue Princess Essentials LLC, its owner or employees from any claims including, but not limited to, illness, physical injuries, economic loss, or any travel related incident traveling to and from an event. Princess Essentials LLC will never release your payment information, address, or contact information. Images and video will only be released for marketing and promotional purposes with the photo release consent of the client as provided in the booking finalization.
